Terms and Conditions

CONSIDERING A RETURN?

We hope you’ll enjoy your new Lounge Hat!  But if by chance your not, contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase for credit or exchange.  The item must have been purchased directly from the Lounghats.com site and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA).

Please inspect your order once it arrives.  All claims must be made within 48hrs of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact our customer service department at 317-258-6976.  If you received the wrong item, we will promptly replace it and pay the return shipping charges.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.  THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS WILL HELP US PROCESS YOUR RETURN FASTER:

1.    Complete the Return Authorization form online to receive your RA# . Write this RA number on the outside of the box and on the form. Your RA number will be valid for ten (10) days from the date of issuance. All products received after 10 days will be returned to the customer and no credit or exchange will be provided.
2.    Your Lounge Hat must be returned in new condition with the original packing slip. Repack the lounge hat in the original packaging to ensure its safe return.
3.    Ship the lounge hat prepaid and insured to the following address:

All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.  Return shipping charges are to be prepaid by the sender.  Non-prepaid items will be refused.  All items returned after 14 days, or in used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

If you purchased your Lounge Hat through one of our retailers, you will need to contact the retailer directly with regards to their return or exchange policy.
